Do you pull permits and handle conservation authority approvals?+

Yes — we handle the full permit process including TRCA and other conservation authority filings where required. Shoreline and sea wall work in Ontario almost always needs permits, and we've done this hundreds of times. You don't have to figure it out yourself.

How long does a sea wall take to build?+

A straightforward residential sea wall typically takes 1–2 weeks from mobilization to completion. Larger or more technical builds — multi-tier walls, combination armour stone and concrete — can take 3–4 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront, not a best-case guess.

What's the difference between armour stone and a poured concrete sea wall?+

Armour stone uses large natural limestone or granite boulders stacked and interlocked to absorb and deflect wave energy — great looking, durable, and very forgiving on challenging sites. Poured concrete offers a cleaner, more engineered finish and is often used where you need a precise vertical face or integration with docks and structures. Most of our projects use both. We'll recommend what actually fits your site and budget.

Do you work on properties with water access only?+

Yes. We've worked on plenty of properties where equipment has to come in by barge or the site is only accessible by water. It adds logistics, but it's not a problem — we've done it many times across Lake Simcoe, Lake Ontario, and Georgian Bay properties.

Can you repair an existing sea wall instead of replacing it?+

Sometimes. If the wall has shifted, cracked, or is starting to fail, we'll assess whether repair makes sense or whether it's going to cost you more long-term. We'll give you an honest answer — if a repair is the right call, that's what we'll recommend.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. Fully insured, properly permitted, and we operate above board on every job. We'll never ask you to skip a permit to save money — that's a liability you don't want on your property, and we won't put it there.
